Data controller
The controller of your personal data is FRUDEV TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., CIF B13638200, with registered office at Ctra. Isla Menor, n.º 31, 41703 Dos Hermanas (Sevilla). You can contact us and exercise your rights at web@frudev.es.
What data we process and why
We process the data you provide in the quote form (name, email, company, phone and project description) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare and send you a commercial proposal. We also process the IP address and technical data in the server logs for security, incident diagnosis and operation of the site.
Legal basis
For the form, the legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). For the server logs, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). For measuring visits with Google Analytics 4, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
If a request does not become a contract, we keep your data for 2 years. If we work together, we keep it for the duration of the contract and the applicable legal periods. Server logs that include the IP address are kept for 2 years. Data from accepted measurement is kept for the period configured in the Google Analytics 4 property.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The site is hosted by IONOS, which acts as processor for the server and for logs that include the IP address. We use Resend as processor to send email. If you accept analytics cookies, we measure visits with Google Analytics 4 and Google acts as processor for that measurement. That measurement is sent to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to web@frudev.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
