Logistics

Iterway

Problem: Loads and the status of each shipment were tracked across spreadsheets, email, and phone calls. Nobody had the whole operation in view.
What we built: We built the application the team uses to record orders, update statuses, and see the day's loads.
Result: Iterway runs the operation from a single panel, and they own that application's code.

Hospitality

Castaño

Problem: Bookings, the floor, and the pace of service did not fit a generic tool. The venue works in a way off-the-shelf software does not cover.
What we built: We built the application for the restaurant operation: bookings, service, and the team's panel.
Result: The floor runs on a system made for that service. When the way of working changes, the change is made in their code.

Used vehicles

Trucksur

Problem: The stock had to be published and searched without relying on someone else's catalog. Listing a vehicle and taking it down had to be immediate.
What we built: We built the vehicle search and the panel to publish, update, and remove stock.
Result: Someone looking for a vehicle finds it in Trucksur's catalog, and the team maintains it without a middleman.
